Maruti Suzuki has rolled out the Maruti Victoris September 2026 Discount, offering buyers benefits of up to a massive ₹1.35 lakh on selected variants. The offer arrives just as India’s festive car-buying season starts gaining momentum.
But there is an important catch. The maximum ₹1.35 lakh benefit is linked to the Strong Hybrid variants, while Petrol and S-CNG versions receive benefits of up to ₹85,000.
Maruti Victoris September 2026 Discount: Strong Hybrid
The biggest offer is reserved for the Strong Hybrid Victoris. The scheme includes a ₹20,000 consumer cash discount, exchange benefits of up to ₹50,000, or a scrappage incentive of up to ₹45,000.
Eligible customers can also receive an additional discount of up to ₹35,000, a ₹30,000 loyalty benefit, and a ₹10,000 institutional/corporate discount.
These components have eligibility conditions and are not simply stackable in every customer case. The headline figure therefore remains up to ₹1.35 lakh, rather than treating every listed incentive as automatically available to one buyer.

Petrol and S-CNG Victoris Discounts
The conventional powertrains receive a smaller, but still significant, package. Petrol and S-CNG variants are eligible for benefits of up to ₹85,000, depending on customer eligibility and the applicable scheme.
The package includes an exchange benefit of up to ₹30,000, an additional discount of up to ₹15,000, a ₹20,000 loyalty benefit, and a ₹10,000 institutional discount.
For scrappage, the maximum benefit is ₹25,000 for Petrol and ₹20,000 for S-CNG.

Why Is Maruti Offering Such Big Benefits?

The Victoris itself sits in the midsize SUV category, with prices starting at around ₹10.50 lakh ex-showroom and extending to around ₹19.99 lakh, depending on the variant.

The Victoris offers a 1.5-litre Smart Hybrid petrol engine and a 1.5-litre Strong Hybrid powertrain. The Strong Hybrid version is the efficiency-focused choice, with an official claimed mileage figure of up to 28.65kmpl.
The SUV also gets features such as Level 2 ADAS, ventilated front seats and AWD capability on selected premium variants. That gives the Victoris a broader equipment and powertrain spread than a basic city-focused SUV.

My Verdict Maruti Victoris
I feel the regular petrol Victoris is still the less exciting choice. The discounts improve its financial equation, but the underlying petrol powertrain does not offer the same efficiency advantage that makes the Strong Hybrid stand out.
For someone spending most of their week in city traffic, the 28.65kmpl Strong Hybrid is the version I would investigate first. With benefits advertised at up to ₹1.35 lakh, its value proposition becomes considerably stronger.
In my opinion, this is one of the more interesting festive-season Victoris deals, but buyers should not make a decision based solely on the headline discount.
